Introduction
Welcome to CAELIS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
the CAELIS website, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By
accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Company Information
CAELIS is a marketing and aesthetic coordination company registered in the People’s
Republic of China (“PRC”). CAELIS provides brand, consultation coordination, educational
resources, and luxury medical travel arrangement services. CAELIS does not provide
medical diagnosis, treatment, surgical procedures, or healthcare services. All medical
procedures are performed exclusively by licensed medical professionals at independent
medical institutions located in the PRC.
Nature of Services
CAELIS provides non-medical services including consultation coordination, appointment
scheduling assistance, travel and hospitality arrangements, aesthetic education resources,
and client support. CAELIS does not provide medical advice or perform procedures. All
medical decisions are made solely between the client and the treating physician.

Information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical
advice. All procedures involve inherent risks. Individual results vary. Medical services are
governed exclusively by PRC laws.
Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable
of entering binding agreements, and voluntarily seeking elective aesthetic procedures.
Deposits and Payments
CAELIS may collect deposits for coordination services. Deposit terms, including
refundability, will be clearly communicated at booking. Medical fees are determined solely
by independent medical institutions.
No Guarantee of Results
CAELIS makes no guarantees regarding medical or aesthetic outcomes. Simulations and
images are illustrative only.
International Travel Acknowledgment
Clients acknowledge that procedures occur in the PRC and that international travel and
elective procedures carry inherent risks.
Independent Medical Providers
Medical professionals and clinics are independent third parties. CAELIS is not responsible
for medical malpractice, surgical complications, or clinical outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAELIS shall not be liable for indirect or
consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to
CAELIS for coordination services.
Privacy and Data Use
By submitting information, you consent to data processing and secure transmission to
medical providers in accordance with PRC law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and design elements are the property of CAELIS and may
not be used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
People’s Republic of China.
Modifications
CAELIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the
Services constitutes acceptance of revisions.
